What is your photography style?
My style is classic and photojournalistic. My goal is to be of as much help as possible, but also to be a fly-on-the-wall - capturing events as they happen naturally, rather than setting up the moments.
What do you shoot?
My niches are weddings and portraits.
Specifically, I love intimate weddings with a focus on all of the sweet moments that matter the most. My goal is to capture the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique.
After you've booked your wedding date with me, I'll send along a guide to help you organize your day, suggest the best moments for the bride and groom portraits, and more.
For portraits, I love capturing natural light sessions right around sunset and cozy, in-home sessions where you're spending time with your loved one(s).
Whether it's making a meal together, playing with your kiddos, enjoying a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop, or cuddling on the couch with your furry friend - these are the little moments that make up the big moments of our lives.
Where are you based? Do you travel?
I am currently based in Grand Forks, ND, but have shot weddings and portrait sessions across the country.

When will we get our photos?
Weddings: You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 8 weeks of your wedding date.
Portraits: You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2 weeks of your session date.
With the online gallery, you will have immediate access to your images, from which you can download, share on social media, select your favorites, and also order prints, albums, and other products!
How many pictures will we receive?
Weddings (based on hours of coverage):
- 4 hours: 200-300 images
- 6 hours: 300-400 images
- 8 hours: 400-500 images
- 10 hours: 500-700 images
Portrait Sessions:
- Mini Session: 15 images
- Full Session: 30-40 images
Note: All images are fully edited.
Do I have to order my prints through you?
No, but I do recommend it, as I order all prints and products through a professional print lab. If you'd like to order prints or products on your own, I do have recommendations!
What kind of gear do you use?
I shoot with a Canon 5D Mark IV, several prime lenses, external flashes, and a few other things!
Will there be a second shooter?
You bet! All wedding collections include a second shooter to ensure all of your most important memories are captured.
